Role: Copy Lead

The opportunity: Breathe new life and revenue into Google’s business ad products that had been built one by one and sat siloed as a fragmented, confusing, and unconnected experience.

The solution: Audit 40 sites and build a strategic framework to connect 24 new sites. Then, rebuild it all from the ground up—extensive content design, IA, and a branded system including site design, photography, videos, and content. A comprehensive and unifying ecosystem was built with brand consistency and scalability at its core. Now, no matter where a user enters the Google ecosystem, they can navigate easily between products and understand the connection. In the first month after launch, the goal for Merchant Center sign-ups was exceeded by 122%.
